South East Asian Airlines (SEAIR) is the second-oldest airline in the Philippines. Since 2011 it is owned by Singapore-based Tiger Airways with 40% of its market share. SEAIR services domestic and international routes (the latter not from the airport in the Megacity) and can also be regarded as a low-cost airline.

International flights are serviced from Clark Airport, outside the Megacity. Up to now, it is difficult to reach this destination from Manila and therefore not recommended to travel via Clark Airport (even though it is very cheap). SEAIR being a budget airline also has particular luggage restrictions which should be observed before booking. Booking can be done via their website: flyseair.com. SEAIR operates from Terminal 4 (formerly known as Manila Domestic Airport).
