Metro Manila · Sérye Café Filipino
This cozy café celebrates Filipino coffee, cuisine and culture. It puts just as much love in the preparation of perfect hot beverages as in the cooking of delicious Pinoy food.
Serye cafe Filipino traces its culinary roots back to the 1930s when the Reyes family matriarch Engracia Cruz Reyes opened her first restaurant. Today, Serye has three cafes that cater to Filipino and foreign clientele.
With its selection of freshly brewed coffees, teas and hot chocolate on the one hand, and high-quality Filipino dishes on the other, Sérye Café Filipino is the ideal place for coffee breaks as well as lunch or dinner. The restaurant is vegetarian-friendly, as the menu indicates what dishes are 100% meat and seafood free. Most popular dishes are, however, Sérye’s Barbecues, the “Honey” Style Fried Chicken, and their Crispy Pata. Another favorite among its patrons is their Crispy Binangoongan. This dish is served in a large plate with crispy pork belly, vegetables, in a tasty spicy and salty fish and shrimp sauce.
There are two more branches, in Sucat and in Quezon Memorial Circle.
