Metro Manila · Harbor View Restaurant Manila
Once an abandoned warehouse by the shores of Manila Bay, this place is now one of the first addresses for great seafood and romantic evenings near Roxas Boulevard.
Harbor View Restaurant has a rooftop terrace and a pier-like structure stretching out into the sea. From here you get a wide view over the sea and the big ships lying by anchor, marvelous especially when the sun is going down.
The menu is all about seafood, with a mix of Filipino, Asia Fusion and Western style dishes. You can choose crabs, lobster and a selection of fish freshly from the aquariums.
Many celebrities have visited Harbor View Restaurant since its opening in the mid-‘80s, as hundreds of photos in the hallways are documenting.

History of Harbor View Restaurant Manila
Established in 1985, Harbor View was the brainchild of three good friends who had been in the hotel industry all their lives. While at the hotel, they were often asked by the guests where to eat and what to see in Manila. As a result, they often dreamt of opening a place that would be a treat for locals and tourist alike. Their dreams were realized when they chanced upon an abandoned warehouse by the shores of Manila Bay. They immediately fell in love with the place and Harbor View was born. Their goal was and will always be to offer a different dining experience of great food and service while eating al fresco with the city’s skyline on one side and the breathtaking view of Manila Bay on the other. After more than eighteen years of service, Harbor View is here to stay.
