“WRITING 101 AND 102 WITH DR PAUL MATSUDA: ISSUES, TRENDS AND STRATEGIES IN WRITING INSTRUCTION AND PUBLICATION” aims to meet the needs of different stakeholders whose life and career depend on success in writing. It is a special mid-year conference organized by the Department of English and Applied Linguistics, De La Salle University. The conference seeks to assemble students, teacher educators, and researchers to have this rare opportunity of imbibing the expertise and wisdom of the world-renowned speaker, Dr. Paul Kei Matsuda, whose publications on writing have been important resources in writing instruction and research for many years.
